I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, and graduated from Baton Rouge Magnet High School in 2014. I then graduated from Louisiana State University in 2018 with dual degrees in Biological Sciences and Sociology. My involvement in the Distinguished Communicator program at LSU helped to shape my communication skills across multiple disciplines: spoken, technological, visual, and written. Developing these skills has been a critical part of communicating science to others as well as fostering important bonds between community members.
My strong interest in science and dedication for service has led me to pursue a career as a physician. I am currently an MD/MPH candidate at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans! Click here to download my resume. |
